The process of obtaining Bulgarian
citizenship with Migration Centr:

1. Document retrieval and restoration

   Immigration specialists will examine information about your ancestors, find and, if necessary, request evidence of your Bulgarian origin from state archives.

2. Building a file

   The lawyers will organize translation and legalization of the documents and form a complete dossier for submission to the Ministry of Justice of Bulgaria in accordance with the legal requirements.

3. Submission of documents

   Accompanied by our lawyers, you will present the dossier for citizenship in Bulgaria to the Ministry of Justice on the agreed date. During the process of submitting the documents you will have to undergo a short interview (an interpreter is allowed).

4. Obtaining a citizenship

   Upon review of the documents and a positive decision of the authorized committee, you will receive a decree of the Vice President and a certificate of citizenship of Bulgaria.

5. Obtaining Bulgarian and EU passport

   With the Certificate of Citizenship you will be able to obtain a Birth Certificate, Bulgarian ID card, tax number, and EU passport.
